Vintage 1980s two piece set in black, purple, green and red abstract tulip print and striped sleeves and trim. Blouse slips on over the head with a button at the back of the neck and at the cuffs. Skirt waist is elastic. Excellent condition. 

Made by Flora Kung for Saks Fifth Avenue. No size tag. No stretch apart from skirt waist. Might be silk crepe or rayon crepe chiffon. Refer to measurements and leave room for ease of movement.
